In late 2020, he finished his MBA (with Distinction) at University of Oxford with a full-ride scholarship from IndonesiaвЂ™s Ministry of Finance. Through his work, he has helped companies navigate through their rich data-sets and ultimately improve their key metrics (eg: employee performance, transaction frequency, trade volume, and logistics effectiveness). Analytics tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, SQL, and Excel have become his closest allies when it comes to unearthing and visualizing powerful insights for the projects that he has been a part of. Prior to joining SYSTEMIQ, Dio had spent 3+ years mainly in a US-based fintech start-up and Southeast AsiaвЂ™s largest e-commerce company вЂ“ working on business intelligence, operations, and project management. He holds an Engineering degree from ENSTA ParisTech, with a major in Environment, a masterвЂ™s degree in climate change from Institut National SupГ©rieur de Techniques NuclГ©aires (INSTN), and a specialized master in strategic management from HEC. In his free time Adrien loves to sail, play rugby, and spend time with his little girl.
